What to include in a sourcing request
A photograph or link helps identify the product but does not replace a specification. Include the characteristics that determine your purchase decision.
- Product name, intended use, model or reference example.
- Material, dimensions, included components, colour and quality requirements.
- Planned quantity and purchasing budget.
- Packaging, labelling and documentation requirements.
- Destination city and whether transport is required.
How we compare offers
We compare matching specifications and agreed product features. Besides the product price, we clarify payment terms, packaging, documentation and the seller’s responsibilities. This highlights differences that may be missed when comparing totals alone.
Checks before dispatch
After selecting a supplier, we discuss which parameters to check and what evidence the customer needs. Packaging photographs, package counts and product specifications are different tasks. Agreeing on them before dispatch aligns expectations with the inspection scope.
Moving from purchasing to transport
Once the product is agreed, we collect logistics details: collection address, weight, volume and packaging. Purchases from multiple suppliers may require consolidation. The route to Uzbekistan and handover to the recipient are agreed separately with your RUSNEX manager.
