This page describes the information sent through the form on rusnex.uz and how to contact RUSNEX Logistics about its processing.
Information you submit
The form asks for your name, phone number, origin country, route cities and cargo type. Weight or volume and comments are optional. A request identifier, page address and acknowledgement of this notice are also sent. Do not include passport information, payment details or other information unnecessary for a shipping quote.
Purpose
Request details are intended for contacting you, clarifying cargo requirements and preparing a transport offer. Submitting a request does not place an order or constitute consent to marketing messages.
How requests are transmitted
On submission, your browser sends the form to FormSubmit, which forwards an email to info@rusnex.uz. FormSubmit and email infrastructure providers participate in transmission and delivery. Those services have their own data processing terms.
Browser preferences
The site stores your selected language in browser local storage (rusnex-lang). You can remove it by clearing site data. Hosting and security services may process technical connection data and use technical cookies.
Questions, corrections and deletion
For questions about processing, correcting or deleting your request details, email info@rusnex.uz. Include the request date and contact information you submitted so that your request can be located. You can ask about retention periods and any restrictions applicable to your request at the same address.
