How we arrange your shipment
We start with the supplier’s address and cargo specifications, select a road, air or multimodal option, and agree on the stages and services. If your goods are held by several suppliers, consolidation before international transport is discussed separately.
Receiving cargo in Urgench and Khorezm
For delivery to Urgench or Khiva, provide the exact receiving location. The domestic transport leg in Uzbekistan and handover to the recipient are agreed during the quotation process. Our office is in Urgench, opposite Urgench State University.
Information to prepare for a quote
Accurate information helps us prepare a relevant proposal. If some details are missing, send what you have and identify what still needs clarification.
- Origin city and collection address in China; destination city in Uzbekistan.
- Product name, intended use, photographs or a product link.
- Gross weight, volume, package count and packed dimensions.
- Supplier details and available shipping documents.
- Required services: collection, inspection, consolidation, transport and clearance coordination.
Comparing freight proposals
Compare the same route segments and scope of work. Ask for collection, cargo handling, international transport and final delivery to be identified separately. Clarify customs clearance arrangements and related charges in the proposal; they should not be assumed to be included automatically.
