When consolidation is useful
A retailer might buy textiles from one supplier and storage products from another. Before transport, package counts, markings and recipient details need to be reconciled. Whether goods can travel together depends on their characteristics and the route.
Details needed for each supplier
Prepare a separate list for every purchase. This helps account for every package and avoid confusion when cargo is combined.
- Supplier contact and origin city.
- Product name and package count.
- Gross weight, dimensions and volume of the packed goods.
- Photographs, markings and any available packing list.
- Handling considerations such as fragile items, liquids or batteries.
Inspection and preparation
Agree on what needs checking: package count, external packaging condition or specified product characteristics. Inspection scope, extra packaging and other operations are discussed separately. A warehouse inspection does not itself replace product testing or certification.
Delivery and receipt
Once the cargo details are clarified, we agree on the route and receiving point in Uzbekistan. Provide the final address for Urgench, Khiva or another city. Separating consolidation, international freight and domestic delivery in the proposal makes the scope of your order clear.
